Direct Deposit

Direct deposit is a safe and secure way to have your money deposited into your checking or savings account. The most common use of direct deposit is for payroll. When you use direct deposit, you allow your employer to electronically transfer money into your account. So instead of taking the time to cash a check yourself, the money will automatically be deposited into your account on an agreed upon date. It’s that simple.

Stop Payments

Did you write a check that you don’t want paid? We can place a stop payment and not pay the check should it come to us.

What is an IBAN? An IBAN is comprised of the beneficiary’s account number, prefixed by the ISO country code and two check digits. The length of an IBAN varies from country to country but has a maximum of 34 alphanumeric characters.

Where do I get an IBAN? Only the beneficiary’s bank can provide the correct IBAN for their account. Never try to guess at an IBAN. The Beneficiary should always be contacted for the information.

What happens if I don’t use the IBAN? Transactions placed without an IBAN may be rejected or delayed, payments in currencies other than Euros may be refused or assessed “repair” fees if the payment is forwarded without an IBAN. We will require an IBAN in order to process a wire unless the receiving bank indicates that they do not have one.

Can I verify an IBAN? To verify an IBAN, you can visit http://de.physnet.net/PhysNet/iban.html. Enter the number without any dashes or spaces and do not include the word “IBAN” in the field itself.

All outgoing wires must be placed at one of our office locations in order to verify identity and to obtain proper signatures.

Note: To process on the same business day we must have all information by 1:00 pm Central Time. We are not responsible for entry of credit on the receiving end or any fees that they may charge. Please check with the bank receiving the wire to find out their policy on posting wire transfers and possible fees.
